　View Summary

セラミックス遮熱形２ストロークエンジンは,高温燃焼ガスからの熱損失の低減し,排気エネルギの回収し,大幅な熱効率の向上を目指すものである。本研究では燃焼壁の高温化に伴う,燃焼室壁面における瞬時熱流束の測定を試みた。厚さ４ミクロンの薄膜形熱電対を開発,セラミックス遮熱形エンジンに装着し,燃焼室表面温度の１サイクル間の履歴を計測記録した。表面温度の時系列データをフーリエ解析し,瞬時熱流束値を算出した。その結果,壁面の高温化に伴い熱損失のサイクル積算値は減少するが,瞬時熱流束の正負のスウィング値は増加することを見いだした。特に６５０Ｋ以上になると,消炎層の破壊が生じ,瞬時熱流束の振幅が極端に増加する。壁面の高温化は排気中のホルムアルデヒドの低減する効果がある。しかし,熱流束振幅の増加は機関のサイクル効率を低下させるので,壁面温度に最適値が存在する。
