複合アニオン層状化合物（MALC）SmFeAsOは、鉄系超伝導体の母体化合物である。FドープとHドープのSmFeAsOは、高い上部臨界磁場と超伝導転移温度（Tc）を持つ超伝導相を示す。SmOFを合成に用いた仕込みx=0.16試料のxは、x=0.113であった。
