　View Summary

鉄系超伝導体で最も超伝導転移温度(Tc)の高いSmFeAsO1-xFxの可視光領域における光学的性質を明らかにし、光学伝導度を明らかにした。 SmFeAsO1-xFxの光学伝導度はドルーデ型の挙動を示し、0.47-4.76 eVの付近にバンド間遷移に起因すると考えられる構造を示した。これらの構造に関する考察は第一原理によるバンド計算により解析可能と考えられる。

NiAs型の結晶構造を有する電荷移動型化合物NiSのNiサイトに格子欠陥を導入するとともにCrを部分置換し、格子系、輸送特性、及び磁性の制御機構を、格子欠陥導入によるホールドープとCの部分置換による電子ドープの観点から明らかにした。伝導キャリアとしてのホールはS 2p軌道の上部に存在する。

　View Summary

新規な擬二次元重い電子系であるCeFePO、及び二次元強磁性近藤格子系であるCeRuPOの固容体CeFe1-xRuxPO多結晶を固相反応により作製した. 量子臨界点となるRu濃度を大まかにx = 0.10-0.15付近と求めた. いずれの試料も金属的な電気伝導性を示し, x > 0.15の試料はいずれも有限温度で遍歴強磁性転移を示す.
