After the discovery of graphene in 2004, 2D magnetic materials have earned a great interest among condensed matter physicists and material engineers due to their fascinating magnetic properties. The 2D magnetic materials have proven that they are worth of investigating as they gave birth to van der Waals materials or topological insulators. They are the type of materials that will introduce the new era for information and semiconductor technology. The previous paper by R. Sakagami et el demonstrated that EuSn2As2 samples were prepared from Eu ingots and Sn-As pallets through a liquid phase reaction in carbon crucibles within vacuum silica tubes.) The resulting crystal structure of EuSn2As2 has a sandwich shape where top and bottom layers are Eu, and SnAs bilayer is positioned in between Eu layers. After successful synthesis, heat capacity measurement was performed through physical property measurement system (PPMS) from Quantum Design Inc. As shown in Figure, we observed that there was a sudden increase of heat capacity around 24 K which implies that antiferromagnetic transition occurred. It is noted that the heat capacity of EuSn2As2 tends to follow Dulong-Petit limit at high temperature which means ultimately it would reach C = 3nR where n is the number of atoms per formula and R is the molar-gas constant. Nevertheless, at sufficiently low temperature, Dulong-Petit law does not hold anymore. It is necessary to take account for lattice vibration which is involving Debye model into our formula to obtain a value of electronic heat capacity, Sommerfeld constant. In the conference, we will demonstrate a Sommerfeld constant for polycrystalline EuSn2As2.

超伝導は転移温度以下で電気抵抗が 0 になる現象で, 超伝導磁石や送電線に応用されている. 今回扱う鉄系超伝導体 SmFeAsO1-xHx は, SmO 層と FeAs 層が積み重なった構造を取る. 水素負イオンをドープすると生じた電子が鉄の反強磁性相を消し, 55 K 以下で超伝導相になる. 水素負イオンドープは多量の電子を供給でき, 超伝導転移温度を上げることが可能となる利点がある. LaFeAsO由来の超伝導体は転移温度が約 7 K 上昇して 35 K になる. 我々は試料SmFeAsO0.77H0.14の磁気測定により, この試料の臨界電流密度を明らかにした.

熱電変換材料の性能は無次元性能指数ZT=S2σT/κ、すなわちゼーベック係数(S)、電気伝導率(σ)、絶対温度(T)、熱伝導率(κ)より定義される。ZTが1を超えると実用的な熱電材料といえる。混合アニオン層状化合物の1111系BiCuSeOは1付近のZTを示すことが知られている。われわれは1111系AeMnPnF (Ae: アルカリ土類)の熱電変換性能を非経験的計算により部分的に予想した。

超伝導線材は、電気抵抗がゼロになる現象である超伝導の応用の一つであり研究が盛んにおこなわれている。しかし、これまでに作製されている超伝導線材は特殊な技術が必要であり、超伝導線材作製には膨大なコストがかかる。そこで、我々の研究室はSr2VFeAsO3-dの合成及びその磁気状態相図の知見を得ているため、金属シースに超伝導粉末を詰め圧延後、熱処理を行うPowder-in-tube(PIT)法によるSr2VFeAsO3-dの線材化に取り組んでいる。本講演では、我々が得ているSr2VFeAsO3-dの合成法とその線材化の現状を報告する。

鉄系高温超伝導体は、非常に多くの化合物において発見されている。その内、単位格子中にペロブスカイト関連酸化物層を有するSr2TMFeAsO3-dは、酸素欠陥量定量の困難さから、化学組成とい磁性の相関について議論のある状況であった。我々は、Sr2CrFeAsO3-d酸素量を系統的に変化させた多結晶を合成した。また、57Feメスバウワ分光により、Sr2CrFeAsO3-dの磁気相図を世界ではじめて作製した。

銅酸化物超伝導体は結晶構造中にペロブスカイ
ト関連構造を有し, ランタノイド等からなるキャリ
アブロック層とCuO2 面からなる電気伝導層の2 種
類の層が交互に積み重なって構成される層状構造
を取る[1]. 高温超伝導体多結晶の臨界電流密度(Jc)
は多結晶を構成する微結晶の粒界接合の形状によ
りJc が大きく変化する. そのため単結晶であること
が望ましい.
我々は多糖類の構造を鋳型 (バイオテンプレー
ト)として用いたYBa2Cu3O7-δ (YBCO)マイクロ/ナノ
ワイヤの合成を行い, その構造を評価した.

アンモニア(NH3)は、鉄を触媒として用いたHaber-Bosch(HB)法により、水素と酸素から合成されている。この反応は、高温高圧の温度圧力条件が必要であるため、多大なエネルギーを要する。我々はPAW法による非経験的な状態密度計算コードVienna Ab-initio Simulation Packageを用いてFe、Ru、Niそれぞれの界面への窒素分子吸着エネルギーを求め、HB法メカニズムの一部を解釈した。

ThCr2Si2型構造を示す化合物群は、空間群はI4/mmmに属する正方格子の結晶である。この化合物群は、重い電子系の超伝導体であるCeCu2Si2や鉄系超伝導体の内、もっとも高い臨界電流密度を示す超伝導線材として期待されているBa1-xKxFe2As2を含み、マテリアルインフォマティクスの対象として興味深い。本講演では実験的な電子物性と理論的な電子物性の比較を行い、4f電子の電子状態の解釈ついて報告した。

われわれはこれまでに、層状オキシニクタイドLnFeAsO1-xFx (Ln = La, Sm, Eu and Gd)において、電子磁気状態相図を明らかにしている。いずれの系も、x = 0 の母相は反強磁性金属であり超伝導を示さず、5 at.%程度のフッ素(F)ドープにより超伝導相が現れ、この超伝導相はFe由来の磁気相とは共存しない。本講演では、Ln = Gd を中心に、低温の結晶構造相転移のフッ素濃度依存性について報告する。われわれはこれまでに、層状オキシニクタイドCeFePOにおいて、常磁性強磁性メタ磁性転移、FeサイトへのRuドープによる擬二次元Ce正方格子の次元性制御による強磁性相から常磁性相への量子臨界点、及び、FeサイトへのCrドープによる常磁性強磁性磁気相転移などを明らかにした。
本講演では、強磁性相CeFe1-xCrxPOにおけるFe付近の元素選択的磁気状態を報告した。

熱電変換材料は、無次元性能指数ZT=S2/()で評価される。ここでSはゼーベック係数、は電気抵抗率、は熱伝導率、Tは絶対温度を示す。毒性が少ない酸化物の熱電材料の内、地殻中に豊富に含まれる材料を選択することは、この分野の課題である。われわれは、新規な熱電材料候補として、注目を集めているBiCuSeOを実際に合成し、そのZTを測定した。得られたZTは0.18程度で、Liuらの報告と矛盾しない。

LaFeAsOは、鉄系超伝導体の母相ではあるものの、反強磁性金属である。LaFeAsOは、酸素サイトに、酸素(O)や水素(H)を部分置換することにより生じる電子ドープにより超伝導相となることが知られている。しかしながら、LaFeAsOのホールドープによる電子相の変化については、報告例が少ない。われわれは、LaサイトへEu2+をドープすることで、ホールドープ領域の電子相を明らかにした。

Sr2CrFeAsO3-δの多結晶試料を固相反応により合成し, 四端子法による電気抵抗率測定, 超伝導量子干渉計による自発磁化測定, 57Feメスバウア分光測定(57Co線源)らによる電気的・磁気的性質の評価を行った. 電気抵抗率測定の結果, 超伝導は示さない. δ = 0.18の試料について, T = 121 K以下で自発磁化Msを示し, 57Feメスバウア分光測定の結果から30 K以下ではFeAsの副格子が磁気秩序を示す.
これらの結果を考察し, 報告した.

SmFeAsO1-xFx, SmFeAs1-x PxO1-yFy (Sm1111)の多結晶試料について, magnetic Jcを拡張Beanモデルを用いて求め, 4端子法により測定される電圧降下の閾値を定義して求まるtransport Jcと比較した同一試料の磁束密度分布をSQUID顕微鏡により直接観察し, 多結晶体における磁場侵入長の算出を試みた.
5 Kにおけるmagnetic JcはSmFeAsO1-xFx (x = 0.082) が〜13kA cm-2, SmFeAs1-xPxO1-yFy (x=0.02, y = 0.10)が〜12 kA cm-2であった.
多結晶試料の磁場侵入長をLondonの理論を仮定し, 算出すると単結晶等で報告されるIntrinsicな値に比べ数桁大きい値を示した.学会では, この値を多結晶の結晶粒界の影響を考慮し解釈する.

遷移金属(TM)を含む3元系, 4元系カルコゲン(Ch)化合物 (Cu2-TM-A-Ch4, A = 14族元素又は 15族元素)はp型の熱電変換材料として期待されている。この化合物の格子熱伝導は, 陽イオンサイトに複数のイオンが入り, 乱れが生じることに起因して, 低下する。この報告ではCu2-TM-A-Ch4の１つである空間群 I-42m に属するCu3Sn(Se,S)4の結晶構造の乱れと熱電材料としての性質を明らかにした。

鉄系超伝導体Sr2VFeAsO3-dの(磁性、電気的性質)と酸素欠陥の相関を複数の試料に対して, 直流電気抵抗率, 磁化, 磁化率, エネルギー分散型X線分光(EDX), 57Fe メスバウワ分光の測定より明らかにした。d < 0.1 の試料はTc = 24-37 Kの超伝導転移を示した。d = 57Feメスバウワ分光はd = 0.5 付近では試料は自発磁化を示した。これらの知見から, Sr2VFeAsO3-dの電子磁気状態相図を作成した。

多結晶中の粒界構造の観察は、高温超伝導を用いた線材作製に必要な技術である。われわれは顕微ラマン測定をもちいて、鉄系超伝導体 SmFeAsO1-xFx多結晶中の微結晶の空間分布を明らかにした。多結晶試料は二段階熱処理により作製した。微視的な分光測定と電子線後方散乱スペクトルの解析により試料表面構造を確認した結果,SmFeAsO1-xFx多結晶は、SmFeAsO1-xFxの結晶相と, 粒界に存在するアモルファス的なFeAs相により構成されていることがわかった。
