  In deep learning (hereinafter referred to as DL) education, universities, research institutes and large companies are promoting education by fostering educators and creating curriculums based on national policies. However, especially small and medium-sized enterprises and companies in industries that are not good at IT cannot prepare their own educational environment, and it is considered that the educational environment for improving the added value of products and services by DL is not sufficient. Furthermore, the neural network, which is a component of DL, has a feature that it is difficult to determine the feasibility for the realization target. This feature is an issue in educational methods. Based on the above situation, we proposed an educational method that combines online live lectures, reviews, and homework as DL applied education, and confirmed its practice and educational effect.

  The promotion of DX, which aims to reform corporate operations by utilizing digital technology, is one of the important issues for companies. Developing in-house engineers is an important issue for promoting DX. In this paper, we propose a practical DX propulsion training method by implementing prototype system construction. Specifically, we will propose a method for developing DX promotion capabilities using four prototypes for IoT, AI, big data, and cloud utilization, which are necessary for DX promotion. In addition, we propose a method for developing DX promotion capabilities by utilizing a prototype that integrates these four technologies, and discuss the practice and evaluation of these training methods.

  The three years of COVID-19 pandemic provided an opportunity to rethink the nature of higher education. Digital technology was actively introduced in the education that was implemented in the emergency. The effective use of digital technology promotes independent learning and active activities of students. Leadership education using a simulator to enhance interpersonal relationships has been conducted in person classes for master’s degree students in science and engineering. In the COVID-19 pandemic, the class was conducted online. Peer reflection among students on leadership behavior was attempted online. This paper reports on the design and implementation of active leadership education using a simulator and online peer reflection.

  オンライン授業におけるグループ実験時，相互に手元を確認する手段が乏しい．そのため，教員の指示通りにハードウェアを配線することや，学生が相互にデバッグを行うことが困難である．これらの課題を解決するために，スマートフォンを利用して手元のハードウェアをリアルタイムに共有・ポイントできるシステムを開発した．本研究では，リモート環境で開催されるプロトタイプ製作場面において，システムの有用性を検証した．その結果，ハードウェアの配線や，センサー・マイクロコンピュータ等の使い方を共有することで，実験の効率向上及びピアティーチングの活性化に効果が見られた．

  協働学習では、時間内に結論が出ない、本筋から外れるといった問題が発生する。これらを解決するために、協働学習における発言状況を即時に可視化し、学習者が振り返ることで効率的かつ活発な議論に導くことができるシステムを構築した。発言状況の可視化は、発話データを即時にテキスト化し、単位時間ごとに分析することで実現した。ファシリテーションを支援するために、単語数や頻出単語の推移による分析結果を表示する。また、アイディア発想や意見整理を支援するために、頻出単語や共起ネットワーク図を表示する。チーム型学習に適用し、システムの有用性や議論への影響度を評価・検証した。

  Internet of Things（IoT）システムを構築するには、センサやハードウェア、ネットワーク、情報処理等の主要技術を横断的に学ぶ必要があり、チーム連携を用いた教育が行われてきた。しかし、IoTシステム構築をローカルで分散的に行っているため、オンライン環境においてはリアルタイムでの連携が難しく、現状の教育法を適用できない。このためスマートフォン等のデバイスをセンサとして使用し遠隔でIoTシステム構築を行えるアプリケーションを新たに開発し、オンライン環境に適した集中的なIoTシステム構築とそれを用いた教育を実施した。本研究はこのIoT教育システム環境概要とその学習効果について論述する。

  デジタルツイン（DT）は現実世界と対応のとれた仮想空間のモデルであり、デジタル変革を進める上で幅広い応用と大きな効果が見込まれるが、情報知識が深くないユーザには利用が難しい。本研究では、DTの利用方法の3つの類型（監視・制御、予測・立案、企画・開発）に対してモデル構築の手法化を行い、新しい応用分野（ソフトウェア品質、農業、アート）へDT利用を広げるとともに、それらをまとめて幅広い応用分野のユーザを対象としたDT応用のための教育法を構築し実践・評価する。これによりデジタル革新を産むイノベーション創出を可能にするDTモデル構築法とその分野横断的教育法を確立する。

  近年、比較的短期かつ特定領域の学修成果を認証する「マイクロクレデンシャル」（以下MC）が、欧米やオセアニアを中心に高等教育機関や企業・民間機関で急速に普及している。本研究は、日本とアジア太平洋地域におけるMCの運用状況とニーズを把握し、質保証と国際通用性を伴うMCを運用するための要件定義を明らかにする。併せて日本におけるMC普及の条件とそれを阻む要因・課題を分析する。この目的達成のため下記を行う。
  ①アジア太平洋諸国におけるMCの運用及びニーズに関する調査
  ②質保証と国際通用性を伴うMC運用ガイドラインの策定
  ③アジア太平洋地域の大学ネットワークを基盤として当該ガイドラインの有用性にかかわる実証実験

  本研究では、高専教育の輸出と高専大学連携による【グローバルPBLを用いた持続可能な理工系人材育成】の１モデルを提示する．本研究の第一目的は、日本人学生・モンゴル人学生への将来エンジニアとして求められる異文化理解教育とグローバル社会で活躍する理工系人材育成である．本研究では、海外の教育機関とのアクティブラーニングやSTEM教育の協同実践を行うだけではなく、研究成果を海外の教育機関へ波及させ、教育効果の分析により高専教育を再定義することで、今後、高専教育のグローバル展開の推進と、双方向での理工系人材育成の発展に寄与するものである．

  The overall achievements of this project are as follows: 1. Conducted a literature review on global competence assessment tools and adapted Miville-Guzman Universality-Diversity Scale-Short form (MGUDS-S). Completed Malay, Thai, and Mongolian versions of MGUDS-S, leading to the streamlining of global competence surveys. 2. Conducted interviews with faculty and international department staff to systematize gPBL. 3. Conducted assessments on the effectiveness of online short-term English training programs and online gPBLs, extracting issues and validating proposals for the possible solutions. 4. Presented papers on the evaluation of online study abroad programs during the COVID-19 pandemic and received the Outstanding Paper Award (IIAI AAI 2021) and the Best Diversity Paper Award (ASEE 2023). 5. In the final year, a total of 43 accomplishments, including 42 international conference papers and journal publications as well as and 1 book publication.

• Development and Quality Assurance of Multinational Multidisciplinary Cyber Physical PBL System

  多国籍・多分野の多様な学生達がチームで技術的・社会的問題解決を行うPBL教育プログラムにおいて，チームのコミュニケーションの難しさと解決すべき問題の複雑化，そして，解決案も国や分野により必ずしも最適解と限らない．このような多国籍・多分野型PBL教育における質保証と適切な評価は不可欠である．本研究では，主に新興国および途上国の学生と協働で創造的な包摂的問題解決能力を学修するために，「サイバーフィジカルシステム」に基づく新たなコミュニケーション手法の活用と，「感動把握手法の導入・ぎょえー体験」を組み合わせたシステム思考に基づく教育プログラムの構築，及び，質保証のためのアセスメント手法を開発する．
  システム思考に基づく工学教育のグローバル展開において，多国籍・多分野型PBL教育の必要性，また，その質保証と適切な評価法も不可欠であり，本研究では以下の３課題を検討している．
  (1)サイバーフィジカルシステムを用いたPBLコミュニケーションシステムの開発:　プロジェクトチームにおけるコミュニケーションのICTを用いたPBL活動・対話記録とそのフィードバックによる円滑なコミュニケーション手法を確立する．PBLの可視化・ファシリテーションのためのPBL活動の記述手法として，PBLオントロジー（共通の語彙体系）を定義し，PBL活動のPBLオントロジー系列による手法を考案した．さらに，チームベース学習におけるディスカッションの可視化とリアルタイム振返りシステムを構築した．
  (2)感性価値に着目した感動把握手法の導入とぎょえー体験による変化対応力の開発：　ぎょえー体験によりチームワークと帰属意識の向上，急な変化に対するポジティブ思考修得の心理行動モデルに基づく教授学習法について検討した．これまで，グローバル環境下のインプロビゼーション教育がもたらすチームパフォーマンスへの影響と各人のコンピテンシーの関連性に注目し，クロスカルチャー・エンジニアリング・プロジェクトにおけるグループワークスキルに及ぼす要因について検討した．
  (3)イノベーション創出×異分野・異文化のためのアセスメントシステムの構築：多国籍でのPBL参加者のアセスメントとして，PBLの能力育成手法，海外進出企業に求められるコンピテンシーについて比較調査してきた．これまでの結果から工学教育におけるコンピテンシー教育のニーズと評価について検討した． COVID-19により，PBLも対面型だけでなく，オンラインやハイブリッド型となり，オンラインプラットフォームでのグローバルPBL教育手法と評価について検討を進めた．
  サイバーフィジカルPBLシステムの開発において，2021年度はPBLオントロジーを定義し，音声に加えて映像データも利用した，発言者と聴取者の属性を含めたPBLアノテーション手法について検討した．PBLオントロジーによる活動記述の提案により，リアルな行動をサイバー上で分析し支援するための基礎的な手法を導いた．とくに，ディスカッションの内容とメタレベルであるPBLにおけるチームの活動の記述に関する両方をPBLオントロジーとして定義する手法は，当初の必要とするシステム設計のためのブレイクスルーであると考える．
  感性価値に着目した感動把握手法の導入とぎょえー体験による変化対応力の検討については，グローバル環境下のインプロビゼーション教育がチームワーク能力にもたらす影響を論文にまとめた．また，クロスカルチャーエンジニアリング教育のための創造的問題解決能力開発のためのアイデア創造支援システムを提案するなど，予定どおりの進捗である．評価・アセスメントについては，昨年度からのCOVID-19の影響により，海外でのPBLを実施できなかったが，海外学生とはオンラインで，また，国内では地域連携を意識したオンラインでのPBLについて検討を進めた．ZoomやGoogle classroom，さらに，VRやアバタによるPBLを実施し，新たなグローバルPBL教育のデジタルトランスフォーメーションの知見をまとめられたことは大きな成果である．
  イノベーション創出×異分野・異文化のためのアセスメントシステムの構築に関して，Industry 4.0として注目される分野で要求される将来のコンピテンシーについて論文としてとりまとめた．さらに，STEAM教育やVRトレーニング手法，また，リカレント教育に関連した管理職レベルのITエンジニアのコンピテンシーやスキルの検討などより広いレベルから研究の進捗があった．
  2022年度は，本研究の最終年度であり，これまでの成果の取りまとめと，COVID-19後，また，進展しつつある工学教育・PBL教育のデジタルトランスフォーメーションに向けた，開発・提案技術における課題について継続検討する．
  サイバーフィジカルシステムを用いたPBLコミュニケーションの研究では，(1) PBLオントロジーに基づく，サイバー情報としてのPBL活動の可視化・分析手法の検討を進める．PBLオントロジー記述のより一層の体系化と自動化・半自動化に向けた技術的検討を進める．(2) PBLのリアルタイムファシリテーションシステムにおける効果的なファシリテーション技術の検討を進める．
  感性価値に着目した感動把握手法の導入とぎょえー体験による変化対応力について，以下の点に検証を行う．(1) クロスカルチャーエンジニアリング教育のための創造的問題解決能力開発のためのアイデア創造支援システムに関する継続的検討を行い，提案技術の妥当性を確認する．(2) 感動把握手法の導入の効果検証として，インプロビゼーション教育のオンラインと対面のPBL活動おけるコンピテンシーベースのチームワーク能力への影響について検討を進める．
  イノベーション創出×異分野・異文化のためのアセスメントシステムの構築においては，COVID-19後のグローバルPBLの再開において，これまでのオンライン，対面，ハイブリッドなどの形態，そのためのプラットフォームやVR/AR技術の多様化に対応したアセスメント技術について検討を進める．
