金・白金薄膜熱電素子の熱電特性解明のため，蛍光粒子を用いた薄膜表面二次元温度計測を行った．金・白金接合部が重なることにより熱抵抗が増大し，発熱が顕著となってしまう．断面のみを接合させた場合には，ペルチェ効果により吸熱現象が観測された．
