    　研究概要を見る

    健常肩関節の形態を評価した報告は数少なく、特にアジア人を対象にした詳細な研究は未だなかった。本研究は健常日本人の肩関節形態をCT画像で調査および解析することにより、関節置換および関節形成の治療成績向上に貢献することであった。
    80名160肩の健常日本人に対して撮影された両側肩甲帯単純CT画像を三次元解析し、肩甲骨および上腕骨のサイズおよび方向を評価した。男性・女性ともに値は比較的均一であったが、過去の欧米における報告に比べて上腕骨頭および関節窩ともに全てのパラメーターが小さな値を示していた。このことより既存のインプラントでは日本人女性には対応しない可能性が示唆された。
